My favorite front page is the LH magazine 11-13-13, because it is eye catching and is there for a good cause. It is also the same one that immediately grabbed my interest. I like the headline because it shows that smoking is an actual issue and that it needs to be addressed. There is only one story on this front page. All the newspapers have the name of the school on them, but not all of them have a ton of text/stories on them. These are definitely to similar to the real newspapers from around the world.
Broadsheets - The correspondant, the chieftain, and the lion's roar.
Tabloid - WHHS Chatterbox, Ladue Panorama, tjTODAY
NewsMagazine - West Side Story, The Squall, LH Magazine
Headlines - a heading at the top of an article or page in a newspaper or magazine
Sub-headlines - a heading given to a subsection of a piece of writing
Boxes - a section of printed things on a page
Photos - photographs on the newspaper
Teaser - a hint of what an upcoming article is about
Flag - The nameplate of a newspaper
Folios - the number of each page together with the dateand the name of the newspaper
Captions - description of a photo placed next to it
Stories - a news report of any length
Bylines - a printed line accompanying a story
Jumps - a line identifying a page from which a story is continued from
Story Dividers - dividers, a pair of compasses, as used for dividing lines, measuring,etc
Screens - Above/Below the fold
Info-graphics - A visual image used to represent data
Masthead/Staff-box - The title of a newspaper
